Contact the Membership Secretary
The Membership Secretary maintains the membership database. The membership database is used to generate the mailing list for the CRYPTOLOG, the membership directory, the on-line directories - membership, membership special edition, and FRUPAC directories - and any other report requiring a listing of NCVA members.
Always contact the Membership Secretary to change or correct your membership information.

- Please include your full name in your message (a contact phone number would also be appreciated).
- To report ONLY a change of email address use:
- Always include your full name, old email address and your new email address.

Who to Contact regarding problems
- Not receiving the "CRYPTOLOG" contact:
- The association's magizine "CRYPTOLOG" mailing list is maintained by the Membership Secretary. When reporting problems with receiving the "CRYPTOLOG" please provide your full name and postal mailing address.
- Not receiving email via the REFLECTORs contact:
- The association runs various Email lists (a.k.a., REFLECTORS) to help the membership communicate collectively. The List Master (not the Web Master) maintains the REFLECTORs. When contacting the List Master please include your full name your the message.

- Problems accessing the Password Protected Directories (PPDs) contact:
- The association maintains various PPDs to provide a means of distributing information to its membership in a controlled manner. The Web Master (not the List Master) maintains the files that control access to the PPDs. When contacting the Web Master please include your full name in your message.
