How can I reduce the quantity of messages received via the REFLECTOR?

There are three basic options to reduce the amount of E-mail received via the REFLECTOR.

1. You can switch to Digest Mode and you will receive a maximum of one message per day containing all the messages, sent that day. There are two forms of Digest Mode:
   1. MIME: Each E-mail processed by the REFLECTOR during the day is sent as an attachment to the one E-mail that you will receive at the end of the day.
   2. No-MIME: All of the messages processed by the REFLECTOR during the day are placed into a single "All text" message with no attachments.
2. You can POSTPONE mail from the REFLECTOR and all messages will Temporarily STOP.
3. You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the REFLECTOR and all messages will STOP!

Using the E-mail address at which you currently receive the REFLECTOR traffic send a message to .

In the body of a PLAIN TEXT message, simply put one and only one of the following messages depending on the option you desire:
