CRYPTOLOG - Vol 17 No. 4, page 11 col 1, by Tom Finley

The Wine Country Chapter -- NCVA was inaugurated on 22 June 1996 at River City Restaurant in Napa, California and a very successful first meeting it was with 57 members and guests from Northern California in attendance. Social Hour started at noon with lunch at 1300. The weather was perfect so that we could enjoy the restaurant's beautiful deck, the food was excellent and as always when tow NCVAers get together sea stories were the order of the day.

By a show of hands it was decided to meet at least once annually. A questionnaire will be put out to Bay Area residents plus those of Northern Nevada shortly after the Springfield, Missouri reunion in an effort to decide where and when to hold future meetings and what type of function to plan. Anyone interested in participating should contact one of the individuals listed above.
