PPD Access Categories
- NID Only Access:
- Non-members of the NCVA who are eligible to become members and have reported their name, email address, and eligibility criteria to the List Master.
- Obtain user name and password from the LIST Master .
- If you've forgotten your user name or password, contact the LIST Master .
- You CAN NOT access the NCVA Members Only PPD!
NCVA Member Access- Must be current members of the NCVA.
- Request NCVA Member PPD Access Account from the WEB Master .
Your request must include the following informatioin:
- Your full name as it appears on your CRYPTOLOG mailing label
- Your desired user name (no spaces, no HTML coding, and no Hidden Characters allowed). It must be at least 4 characters and must not be more than 10 characters in length. The default is the first 6 letters of your last name and the first letter of your first name. FRUPAC members may use their call sign. In case of a duplicate user name the Web Master may append a numeral.
- Your desired password (at least 6-characters in length, no spaces allowed, and must start with at least one non-numerical character). It should NOT be a common word. It should contain both uppercase and lowercase letters or a mix of letters and numbers. Avoid well known combinations or case patterns.
WARNING: DO NOT send your user name and password for your Internet Service or E-Mail account! The user name may be the same as one of your other accounts but, the password for access to PPD files should be different.
- When your account is ready for use the Web Master will send you a reply informing you that your account was activated.
- If you've forgotten your user name or password, contact the WEB Master .
- You can access the NID PPD and the NCVA Members Only PPD.
- User names and passwords requested through 05:00 MT on 5 March 2007 are now active.

- The NID contains the email addresses of association members, and persons eligible to be members of the association, who have email capability. The information is provided for their personal use and should not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes. <Learn more...>
- NCVA Members Only PPD (Contents changed 11-Feb-2008 )
- Contains downloadable files intended for distribution only to members of the association. Access is retricted to members of the NCVA who have obtained a user name and password from the WEB Master.

- General Membership Meeting Minutes
