To: All NCVA members attending the Charleston Reunion:

All events are still on. "Ivan the Terrible" figures to be a rain event in Georgia and South Carolina with gusty winds in the range of 35 mph or so. The tour companies and all events are still on. Maybe all of you low handicappers will give me a couple of extra strokes in the Golf tournament...

I personally will be in Charleston at noon on the 14th of September.

The 2004 Reunion still GO. All planning and final preparation activities are on-schedule.

1152hrs ET 10 Sep 2004:

We are full speed ahead with the reunion. At best, the Hurricane misses us completely and we have an enjoyable, sunny time. At worst, we have the largest hurricane party ever. Anywhere in between, we will adjust as necessary. Hotels/tours and all events are on for now. Some tours may be cancelled because of the weather, but we are still moving forward.
