Hotel Reservation Information
Hotel Reservations for Reno Reunion (R&R 2006) September 4-7 (you may arrive a day early on 9/3 at the same rate). Due to our early arrival date Sunday 9/3 falling on the Labor Day weekend we were only able to secure 50 rooms for early arrival at our "special" room/suite rate. Those will be booked on a "first call" basis. When the 50 rooms have been sold you may still be able to arrive early, subject to availability, but the room rates will be at the prevailing rate for the dates requested.
Reservations can now be made for our Reno Reunion at the Peppermill Hotel. Listed below are the prices and information about the various rooms. To view these rooms and for more informaton check out Peppermill Rooms & Suites. All reservations must be made via toll free phone 1-800-282-2444. DO NOT attempt to make reservations via on-line/internet. When making reservations be sure to indicate our GROUP CODE: MNAVY06. Recommend early reservations for those requesting suites. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival...Note...for those that are unable or prefer not to travel alone, please feel free to bring a traveling companion... need not be an NCVA member.

Reno 2006 Reunion Special Room Rates
Special Room Rate for the Reno Reunion will expire on 21 August. If you haven't made your reservation and are planning to attend please do so before 22 August.
- Regular Rooms:
- $69.00 - High speed internet access, voice mail
24 hour room service and fully stocked refreshment center in all rooms.- Spa Suites:
- $119.00 - 390 sq.ft., with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub and 2 TV's.
- Grand Suite:
- $129.00 - 495 sq.ft., Jacuzzi tub, 2 TV's and bar.
- Imperial Suite:
- $139.00 - 595 sq.ft., Jacuzzi tub, 2 TV's, bar, sofa, dining area for four.
- Luxury Suite:
- $149.00 - 795 sq.ft., Jacuzzu tub, 2 TV's, bar, dining area, sofa, vanity area.
- Penthouse:
- $289.00 - 1205 sq.ft., All the amenities of the Luxury suite plus 3 TV's.
Additional Suites
Prevailing Rate
- Deluxe Spa Suite:
- 400 sq. ft. same as the Spa Suite but a bit larger.
- Royal Suite:
- 1090 sq. ft. same amenities at the Penthouse but a little smaller.
- Super Suites:
- Roman and Safari: 5000 sq.ft. These suites are usually reserved as complimentary accomodations for the "highest of high-rollers". I've heard that if not in use they could be booked for a daily rate in excess of $5000.00. This should pose no problem for those drawing "Pro-Pay".
RV Parking Information
The Silver Sage RV Park is located directly across from the Peppermill on South Virginia St.
The Silver Sage RV park features convenient access to shopping malls, restaurants and everything Reno has to offer. The list of amenities include:

You may park your RV at the Peppermill but there are no hook-ups and staying overnight is not permitted. The designated area for parking only is in the northwest parking lot.
NCVA Golf Tournament

Our tournament will be held at famous Lakeridge Golf Course. A Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed course. The layout offers breathtaking views of Reno and the surrounding mountains. It is located just 2 miles from the Peppermill Hotel. The signature hole, number 15, is a world famous par 3 set high atop a rocky ridge 150 feet above Lake Stanley to an enticing island green. The course has been voted "Best of Reno" Year after year. Bring your camera.
Price is $80.00 per golfer, includes Cart and range balls. (The normal rate is $93.00 per person.) Club rentals (left/right men/ladies) are available at $20.00 per set. (see Golf Registration Form)

The Danny Marona Show
On Wednesday, September 6th at 2000 (8 PM) Danny Marona will do a Special Performance, Cocktail Show, at the Peppermill Hotel for NCVA members and guests ONLY. (So far 417 have signed up.)
This year, 2005, Danny was voted Entertainer and Comedian of the year in Northern Nevada. This was his 10th award... Danny is an accomplished singer, pianist and a very, very funny comedian. He is accompanied by the outstanding TK Kellman Band.
This is quaranteed fun... if you are not smiling, laughing and holding your sides after his performance you may be dead...

Grand Ballroom 2nd FloorOur Banquet theme for R&R 2006 will be "Islands of the Pacific"... although we will not be dining on the traditional "Island" delicacies our attire will be strictly casual. Gentlemen break-out those old Hawaiian shirts or perhaps a Barong Tagalog from the PI and Ladies you can probably find a muu-muu or any colorful outfit from the Islands or the Orient.. Leave all your neckties, stiff shirts and uncomfortable dresses at home... Shoes Ok… Sandals optional… (Note: we are excluding the Aleutian Islands-no parkas please).
